Unfortunately backorders are sometimes a part of business, especially on the
very popular items. When a backorder happens we will notify you via
email that the item or items you have ordered are currently on backorder.
When you receive this email you will have 24 hours to respond to either
cancel the item or to exchange that item for another. If we do not
hear from you within 24 hours we will take this as an indication that you
want the items that are on backorder and are willing to wait for them.
If you attempt to defraud our company by using a stolen credit card or a credit card that you do not have permission to use, or any other methods of fraud, you will null and void our privacy policy.
At the time it comes to our attention that you are trying to
defraud our company we will pass along all pertinent information to the
proper authorities and credit card company. We will take every measure
possible to us to prosecute people attempting to fraud our company.
If you are a resident of Iowa we are required by law to charge you tax of 5% on every order you place with us. Iowa now also requires us to collect any local option taxes for orders according to the location the items will be shipped within Iowa.
If you are a resident any where else there is no taxation on your order. However if you are from another country you are responsible for any customs and duties to your country.
