Shopping Online
Browse the online catalog by selecting the category from the navigation bar on the side of the screen. Then select a subcategory of the item you are interested in like bustiers. You can view all the items within a subcategory by scrolling down the page as it is displayed. Once you reach the bottom of a page you can use the buttons at the bottom of the page to go to the next page of items or previous page.
Once you find an item that you like, you can Add the item to your shopping cart by doing the following:
- Choose the quantity you would like to purchase by clicking the down arrow on the quantity selection box and choose the quantity that you want.
- Choose the color that you would like by clicking on the down arrow on the color selection box and select the color that you want.
- Choose the size of the item you would like to purchase by clicking on the down arrow of the size selection box and choose which size you would like. You may want to check the sizing charts to help get a better fit for you.
- Now that you have all the necessary information filled out about what you would like to purchase it is time to add this item to your shopping cart. You can add the item to your cart by pushing the Add to Cart button next to the items options.
- Now that you have added the item to the cart you will be shown the contents of the shopping cart. You can view the cart to verify this is what you want to purchase. If you have more items you would like to shop for just scroll down the page of the cart and select the Keep Shopping button. This will return you to the catalog page that you were previously browsing. Continue shopping and add additional items to your shopping cart as was described above.
If you do not need to add any additional items to the cart you are ready to Check Out.
- Click on the Checkout button on the navigation bar at the top of the screen of any catalog page or the checkout button at the bottom of the shopping cart page depending on your location at the time. This will initiate the checkout process which you must fill out the necessary information to complete your order.
- First you will have to fill in your country and state and select which payment method you will use to pay for the items.
Payment By Credit Card:
- Click on the credit card option and then click on the checkout button.
- This will bring up your order total and payment information screen. Enter your Name and Billing address as it appears on your billing statement. If you need the item shipped to a different address other then the billing you must enter the shipping address information. AMEX transactions must be shipped to the billing address only.
- Enter the type of credit card, the credit card number, and the expiration date.
- Double check all the information you have provided and then click on the Submit Order button. Your order has now been submitted to the ordering system to be processed. Print a copy of your receipt and keep for your file.
Payment By Phone:
- Click on Mail or Fax payment option.
- This will bring up your order total.
- Enter your Billing information and if shipping address is different then fill in the shipping information also.
- Click on Submit Order and print your receipt for your order.
