We offer a 30 day return period for orders from the invoice ship date. All returns must have a RMA# issued and written clearly on the package that is returned or it will
be refused. All returns are given store credit only, we do not give
refunds.
* All returns must be placed
within 30 days of the ship date.
* You must obtain an RMA number from LifestyleLingerie.com by emailing
returns@LifestyleLingerie.com .
* Products must be in perfect condition and in original packaging with hang tags
still on item.
* We do not accept partial returns of a product.
* Returns on unused and unworn merchandise only. We will be happy to exchange
for another item or give you store credit. All returns are given
store credit
only.
Store
credit must be used within 30 days of
issue. Accounts with credit that hasn't been used within 30 days of issue will
incur a $5.00 service charge each month. If your in store credit is less then
$5.00 the remainder of the credit will be charged as the service fee.
* Swimsuits, novelty items, wigs, clearance items
and any bottoms or clothing with bottoms attached or come with bottoms as part
of the outfit are not Returnable
whether worn or not.

* Shipping and Handling will not be returned. You will be responsible
for the cost of shipping merchandise back, unless it was due to an error on our
part. All return packages must be insured!
* LifestyleLingerie.com reserves
the right to determine whether an item is returnable or not.
All canceled orders will be charged a restocking fee of 25% this includes packages that are refused or returned as non deliverable. If you are canceling an item that is on backorder there isn't any restocking fee.

and notify us that you would like to cancel the order. We will cancel
the order for you at that time if it hasn't been shipped already.
