Rapid processing is available for every order placed with Lifestyle
Lingerie for an extra fee of $7.00 per order. If you select rapid
processing for your order, it will be processed and shipped within 24
- 48 hours during normal business excluding weekends or holidays. With rapid processing your order
arrives in an estimated 2 - 7 business days for US orders.
Normal processing has no extra processing
fees, just the normal shipping rate. Normal processing you receive your order in
an estimated 4 - 10 business days for US orders.
All times for orders being received are estimated and may take longer then the estimate based on amount of orders being processed and any delays from shipping companies. Orders are also delayed if the information you provide us when checking out is not accurate. If you are having an item shipped to a different address other then the billing address will delay the order while we check to verify that the card holder placed the order.
Partial orders maybe shipped if you select that you would like partial orders shipped. If you select to have partial orders shipped you will be responsible for the additional shipping for each part of the order. If you do not select to have partial orders shipped, your order will be held till all parts of the order can be shipped unless it will take longer then a week to fill the entire order. If it will take longer then a week we will do partial shipping at our expense.
Orders may be delayed due to weather
at times. The location of the lingerie warehouse is in a climate that
winter storms sometimes make it impossible for the delivery companies to come
pick up the packages for shipping. We thank you in advance for
understanding that we try to get the orders shipped as quickly as possible but
at times the weather doesn't allow for it.
We do offer international shipping for your convenience. However with all international orders we do require proof of identity. You are required to fax us a copy of your photo id and the credit card you are using, plus provide us with the phone number of the bank that issued the card. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is for the protection of the card holders to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card.
Duties, customs and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. You are responsible for clearing your merchandise purchased from LifestyleLingerie.com through customs and paying any taxes and or duties that your country levies. Contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Note: Foreign delivery might take longer due to customs. Shipping & Handling rates may change due to quantity of goods and weight.
